| According to stories from alumni, who lived once in this house, and actually also from a Professor in the German department (I will not name), the International House, or the former independents' Delt Center, and the once upon a time Delta Tau Delta fraternity house, was almost half-destroyed when the fraternity brothers decided to play a joke. The House was apparently very old and was to be fixed/re-built partly very soon, when the fraternity brothers decided to make some more work for renovation and tried to pull the fireplace out by a truck. I don't really know what happened, obviously there were some damages, one of which - that DTD was kicked off! |
